Nadat hij gevallen is en zijn hoofd gestoten heeft, wordt David wakker in een ziekenhuis. In hetzelfde ziekenhuis ligt ook Greg, Davids beste vriend. Hij is neergeschoten door een huurmoordenaar die ingehuurd werd door David. David dacht namelijk dat Greg seks had met zijn vrouw, genaamd Jenna. David zal nu zijn sporen moeten uitwissen, voordat er vraagtekens ontstaan.
