De succesvolle, maar gekwelde zakenman Clay zit in een fragiel huwelijk met Kaya met wie hij in therapie gaat. Hun mysterieuze therapeut duikt echter ook op, op andere plaatsen waar Clay aanwezig is. In de metro in New York ontmoet Clay de verleidelijke, maar sinistere Lula. Stilaan zet zij zijn leven op zijn kop.
