Om haar eigen planeet te redden neemt een ruimteschip de levensvorm aan van een man (Eddy Murphy). Problemen doen zich echter voor wanneer er een vrouw (Elizabeth Banks) in het spel komt die het hart van die man verovert. De kapitein van het ruimteschip voorziet hierdoor vele problemen tijdens het redden van zijn eigen planeet.
