In 1953 publiceerde Alfred Kinsey, na een zeer uitgebreid onderzoek, een rapport over de seksualiteit van Amerikanen. De conclusie: Amerikanen hebben veel seks, houden van seks, voor of na het huwelijk, met meerdere partners, speeltjes, zichzelf, etcetera. Amerika was diep geshockeerd en het establishment probeerde hem in diskrediet te brengen. Toch wist Kinsey een vat frustraties te openen en bracht het thema seksualiteit voor altijd in de openbaarheid.
Nee, helaas is Kinsey nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
