Rico loopt een hoofdletsel op tijdens het kamperen in de bossen van de Catskill. Daarna wordt hij steeds meer gekweld door nachtmerrieachtige visioenen. Hij komt in contact met de zonderlinge Billy die hem laat geloven dat hij in een weerwolf kan veranderen.
