Tracey Wise is een gerenommeerde luxe reisblogger die door Graham Cooper wordt uitgenodigd voor een kerstuitje in ruil voor haar recensie van de kleine bed & breakfast van zijn familie, Silver Peak. Helaas krijgt de bescheiden B&B te maken met hevige concurrentie van een luxe hotelresort in de buurt dat gasten steelt en het voortbestaan van het familiebedrijf bedreigt.
