Roscoe, een louche onderhoudsman van een motel, zit vast in het leven, vast in de diepte van zijn lichaam, vast in een waardeloos appartement met zijn vriendin Samantha en maat Jared. Hij heeft frisse lucht nodig en gaat naar buiten. Onderweg ontmoet hij Benny, die graag van bil wil gaan. Spoedig stuiten ze op sekswerker Henrietta met haar glimmende metalen doos vol hallucinogene wormen. Samen ondergaan ze daaropvolgend een odyssee van seks en geweld.
