Ava, een bekroonde chef-kok in een restaurant in de grote stad, is haar enthousiasme kwijt. Haar baas stuurt haar erop uit om zichzelf te vinden en haar menu en haar baan te redden. Ze keert terug naar huis en vindt weinig om haar te inspireren, maar wanneer ze haar jeugdvriend Logan weer ontmoet, moet Ava haar hoofd uit de wolken halen om haar passie voor eten te herontdekken.
