Sam Harper, een veteraan van Operation Desert Storm, herrijst nadat een aantal tieners op zijn graf een Amerikaanse vlag hebben verbrand. Harper gaat op pad en besluit om alle onpatriotische bewoners van zijn geboortestadje te vermoorden.
