Arthur is een jong kind dat ervan droomt om een ridder te worden. Bij een jachttocht loopt hij tegen Merlijn op, een machtige tovenaar die grootse plannen heeft met de jongen. Hij leert hem om eerst zoveel mogelijk kennis te krijgen, om zo iets te kunnen worden in het leven.
Nee, helaas is Merlijn de Tovenaar nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
