Wanneer de jaarlijkse kerst speelgoedactie van haar familiebedrijf in gevaar komt, moet Holly Silver topsporter Jack Kane overtuigen om het publieke gezicht van de campagne te zijn om het bedrijf te helpen redden. Terwijl Noelle Jack helpt de betekenis van Kerstmis te herontdekken, komt Holly weer in contact met haar eigen familietradities. Terwijl Jack en Holly de uitdaging aangaan om kerstdromen voor anderen waar te maken, ontdekken ze gelijkgestemden in elkaar en de mogelijkheden voor het geschenk van romantiek tijdens de feestdagen.
