Terwijl hij de koninklijke tuinen betreedt op zoek naar wortels, komt Bugs in botsing met de sheriff van Nottingham, die hem probeert te arresteren wegens stroperij. Natuurlijk wil Bugs de rollen van de ongelukkige sheriff eindeloos omdraaien.
