Scanner Cop Samuel Staziak is ondertussen gepromoveerd en is op jacht naar Volkin, een losgeslagen Scanner die Los Angeles onveilig maakt. Vreemd genoeg wordt de voortvluchtige Volkin steeds sterker, omdat hij de krachten van de zwakkere Scanners steelt.
Nee, helaas is Scanner Cop II nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
