Harry en Lloyd zijn twee ongelooflijk domme sukkels, die ontzettend veel moeite hebben om een baan vast te houden. Als Lloyd tijdens zijn korte carrière als limo-chauffeur Mary Swanson naar het vliegveld brengt, ziet hij dat ze haar koffertje vergeet en besluit deze naar haar toe te gaan brengen. Zonder dat hij het weet had Mary het koffertje bewust voor een stel ontvoerders achtergelaten en deze gaan achter Lloyd aan in de veronderstelling dat hij een slinkse crimineel is, die het geld voor hun neus heeft weggekaapt.
Nee, helaas is Dumb and Dumber nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
