Soldaten uit de toekomst keren terug in de tijd om uit te vinden waarom de rebellen van planeet Pasateli zich bezighouden met het geheime 'Cleopatra Plan'. De soldaten hun geesten worden teruggestuurd in de tijd naar de lichamen van sleutelfiguren uit Cleopatra's hofhouding. Ze moeten alles op alles zetten om het geheime plan van de rebellen te doorgronden.
