Natalie wordt herenigd met haar broer Roy. Als ze elkaar ontmoeten stort de wereld van Natalie in, Roy is stervende. Ze gaat haar broer helpen maar zijn abnormale woede uitbarstingen brengen haar tot waanzin. De situatie verergert als Natalie onder ogen moet zien dat haar moeder vermoord is door haar vader.
