Sleaze-koningin Divine leeft met haar zoon Crackers en haar 250 pond zware moeder Edie in een caravan, trots de titel 'most filthiest people alive' dragend. Maar competitie ligt op de loer middels het echtpaar Raymond en Conny, dat vrouwelijke lifters kidnapt om ze vervolgens door hun butler te laten bezwangeren, zodat ze de baby's kunnen verkopen aan lesbische koppels. Divine gaat de strijd genadeloos aan.
