Berlijn, de wijk Prenzlauer Berg. Als deze zomerdag voorbij is, zal niets meer hetzelfde zijn. Alleen Daniel weet dat nog niet. Hij is even argeloos als hij gewend is aan succes. Zijn loft-appartement is stijlvol en dat geldt ook voor zijn vrouw, en de nanny heeft de kinderen onder controle. Alles is tip-top in orde en hij is klaar om naar een auditie te vliegen waar de succesvolle Duits-Spaanse acteur een rol in een superheldenfilm te wachten staat. Als hij de bar op de hoek binnenloopt, ziet hij Bruno zitten. Weldra wordt het duidelijk dat Bruno al lang op dit moment heeft gewacht...
