Flee vertelt het intieme verhaal van een Afghaanse vluchteling in Denemarken, die om zijn nieuwe toekomst te beginnen, eerst zijn schrijnende verleden moet loslaten. Hij doet voor het eerst zijn buitengewone verhaal bij goede vriend en documentairemaker Johas Poher Rasmussen. Stukje bij beetje ontrafelt het schrijnende verleden van een jonge vluchteling… De documentaire werd al geselecteerd voor Cannes en won al de World Cinema Documentary Grand Jury Prize op Sundance.
Nee, helaas is Flee nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
