Het tennisteam van een universiteit reist naar Las Vegas voor een regionaal toernooi. Al snel blijkt dit hun laatste wedstrijd te zijn, want de directeur heeft alle toekomstige sportactiviteiten opgeheven. De aanvoerder en de sterspeler van het team zetten alles op alles om het sportprogramma van hun universiteit te redden. Het team weet zich op een wel heel wonderlijke wijze staande te houden.
