De jaren 90, Manilla. De dertienjarige Mimaw is samen met haar vrienden Paolo, Kachi en Gilligan volop op ontdekkingstocht. Ze brengen hun tijd door met het spelen van computerspelletjes, wat bemoeilijkt wordt wanneer door een vulkaanuitbarsting de stroom uitvalt. De pubers worstelen bovendien met allerhande obstakels wanneer ze voor het eerst verliefd worden.
