Molly gaat onverwachts op bezoek bij haar moeder Deb, die hier niet blij mee is. Meer nog is ze bang vanwege het feit dat Molly een drugsverleden met zich meedraagt en Deb meermaals bedroog om haar verslaving in stand te kunnen houden. Daarom staat de vrouw aanvankelijk negatief tegenover het helpen van Molly, totdat ze vermoedt dat haar dochter misschien eindelijk op het rechte pad is.
Nee, helaas is Four Good Days nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
