Du-won werkt als schade-expert bij een verzekeringsmaatschappij. Hij is gespecialiseerd in hit-and-run-claims. Op een avond wordt zijn eigen dochtertje slachtoffer van een vluchtmisdrijf. Zij belandt comateus in het ziekenhuis. Du-won’s moeder en haar hond zijn de enige getuigen van het ongeluk. Er is echter een groot probleem: zijn moeder lijdt aan de ziekte van Alzheimer.
