Nadat hij zijn auto heeft gecrasht, werft een agent die herstellende is van een oogoperatie een Uber-chauffeur aan om hem te helpen een heroïnehandelaar te pakken. Het niet-passende paar komt al snel in voor een wilde dag van uitzetten en schietpartijen als ze de louche kant van de stad tegenkomen.
