Portret van het alledaagse leven van een aantal 'outcasts' in een klein stadje in de VS. De even onzinnige als baldadige daginvulling bestaat uit niets meer of minder dan 'kattenkwaad', vandalisme, spelen met merkwaardige attributen als poppenledenmaten, en praten en ruziën over niets. Maar er is ook ruimte voor zang, dans en intimiteit.
