Jenn en Matt zijn beste vrienden sinds hun studie en inmiddels in de dertig. Jenn is bewust single, geeft opwindende yoga-lessen en doet allerlei boodschappen voor haar baas. Matt is striptekenaar maar ligt op het creatieve vlak stil en daarbij kan hij zijn ex-vriend maar niet vergeten. Jenn en Matt besluiten zich aan een oude belofte te houden en samen een kind te nemen... op de ouderwetse manier.
