Plot

Wanneer een filmtheater door Dan Quigley en zijn criminele vrienden in brand wordt gestoken moet hij op de vlucht voor de politie. HIj vlucht naar Los Angeles waar hij in de filmwereld terecht komt en verandert in een rijzende ster. Nu hij eindelijk op het rechte pad is besluiten zijn vroegere vrienden hem te chanteren.
