In het begin van de 1900e eeuw, in de familie Robinson, waren Patti en Melba, de meisjes, volleerde artiesten, terwijl de ondeugende jongens de voorkeur gaven aan de drukte. Moeder Robinson is welwillend en waakt over de liefdes van de jongeren. De familie Robinson moet hun huis in New York verlaten om te verhuizen naar de 'Kissimee Catskills', een resort hotel in de staat New York, waar de liefde toeslaat voor de twee Robinson-dochters...
