Een jong koppel wordt door priester Jonas betrapt terwijl ze aan het vrijen zijn. Jonas gaat volledig door het lint en vermoordt het tweetal. De orde waartoe Jonas behoort, veroordeelt hem tot levenslange opsluiting in de kelders van het klooster. Na dertig jaar eenzame opsluiting weet Jonas te ontsnappen en gaat hij achter een groep tieners aan die net zijn klooster, inmiddels omgebouwd tot vakantiewoning, hebben uitgezocht om een feestje te houden.
Nee, helaas is Prom Night IV: Deliver Us from Evil nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
