Wanneer een vrachtvliegtuig neerstort en er na een tijdje een lijk gevonden wordt dat tot op het bot ontdaan is van vlees, volgt een grondig onderzoek . De dader blijkt een genetisch gemanipuleerde, twintig meter lange python te zijn. Een geheime organisatie wou met deze python de perfecte moordmachine creëren. De ontsnapte python heeft echter een onstilbare honger en laat een spoor van dood en geweld achter zich.
