Het echtpaar George en Mildred probeert op een feestelijke manier hun trouwdag nog eens dunnetjes over te doen. Dit loopt helemaal uit de hand, omdat George wordt aangezien voor een huurmoordenaar. Nadat de opdrachtgever hier achter komt, komen de levens van zowel George als Mildred in gevaar.
