Een groep gemaskerde mannen valt het huis van een arme familie op het platteland van Colombia binnen. Hierbij sluiten ze een bom in een PVC-1 slang rondom de hals van de moeder en eisen 15 miljoen pesos losgeld. De familie zal per telefoon worden verteld waarheen het geld moet gebracht worden. Als het losgeld niet geleverd wordt volgens de exacte instructies, zal de bomkraag ontploffen.
Nee, helaas is PVC-1 nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
