'Mad' Mary McArdle keert na een korte periode in de gevangenis terug naar Drogheda voor iets dat ze liever vergeet. Thuis is alles en iedereen veranderd. Haar beste vriendin, Charlene, staat op het punt te trouwen en Mary is bruidsmeisje.
