Het verhaal van rockband Kiss en hun pogingen om het maniakale plan te dwarsbomen van de kwaadwillende wetenschapper Devereaux. In zijn laboratorium in een veelbezocht pretpark heeft hij een manier gevonden om mensen te klonen in de vorm van robots.
