Brook is een creatieve, hardwerkende student op een modeschool. Ze heeft een zware jeugd gehad als weeskind en droomde er altijd al van modeontwerpster te worden. Wanneer ze erachter komt dat haar grootvader, die ze nooit heeft gekend, haar een fortuin heeft nagelaten nadat hij stierf, staat haar leven op de kop. Hij heeft haar hiermee namelijk ook betrokken in een enorme misdaad.
