Robert Cohen is al jaren actief in de televisiewereld als schrijver, producer en regisseur en werkte aan series als 'According to Jim', 'American Dad' en 'The Big Bang Theory'. Hij verwondert zich al jaren over hoe mensen reageren als hij zegt dat hij Canadees is en over de vreemde vooroordelen over zijn land. Maar wat betekent het eigenlijk om Canadees te zijn? Die vraag stelt hij aan bekende en onbekende Canadezen tijdens een autoreis van de oost- naar de westkust van zijn moederland.
