Het verhaal gaat over Lauren, een jonge vrouw uit Amerika die ontdekt dat haar oom Sam vermist is geraakt op zee. Ze reist af naar Ibiza reist om de bar van hem over te nemen. Wanneer ze arriveert ontmoet ze Angelito. Samen vertrekken ze naar de bar die tot hun verbazing compleet verwoest is. In de stad ontmoet ze nog twee andere Amerikanen en samen renoveren ze de bar. Alles gaat goed totdat ze erachter komen dat Angelito's vader gevangen wordt gehouden door de lokale gangster Cortez.
