Twee oude jeugdvrienden komen na een lange tijd weer tegen over elkaar te staan, de ene is een Joodse Prins (Ben-Hur) en de andere een Romeinse generaal. Ze zijn blij elkaar weer te zien na zo'n lange tijd maar hun verschillende politieke meningen zorgen voor heel wat overlast tussen de twee.
Nee, helaas is Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
