Als Dr. Frankenstein is vermoord door het monster wat hij heeft gecreëerd, zetten zijn dochter Tania en lab-assistent Charles Marshall zijn experimenten voort. Tania Frankenstein manipuleert Charles, zodat hij zijn hersens laat over zetten in het gespierde lichaam van Thomas, een knappe, maar gestoord bediende. Ondertussen zaait het losgeslagen monster angst onder de plaatselijke bevolking.
