Een gekke wetenschapper, tevens een ex-Nazi, ontwikkelt een serum waarmee hij zichzelf in een soort amfibie kan veranderen. Hij wil bovendien wraak nemen op de mensen die hem al heel zijn carrière bespotten en in de gedaante van het monster zoekt hij een mooie vruchtbare vrouw om zich mee voort te planten
