Het verhaal gaat over Sam, een jongen die bijkomt in een drukke metro, maar niet weet wat zijn naam is en hoe hij daar terecht is gekomen. Met behulp van Lara, die hij ontmoet in de metro, gaat hij op zoek naar zijn identiteit. Samen proberen ze het raadsel op te lossen, maar gaandeweg blijkt dat hij in groot gevaar verkeert.
Nee, helaas is Boy 7 nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
