De blonde Molly McGrath droomt van een baan als footballcoach op Central High. Als ze de kans krijgt aangeboden, twijfelt ze geen moment, pakt haar spullen en vertrekt naar de grootste probleemschool van Chicago. Maar al snel merkt ze dat het geen goeie beslissing was, aangezien de spelers het haar onmogelijk maken normaal te trainen.
