Een grijze tijgerkat is de enige getuige van de moord van een maîtresse door haar echtgenoot en twee bedienden. De kat wordt een wraaklustige aanwezigheid die de moordenaars voor hun heidense handeling vervolgt, en uiteindelijk hun sterfgevallen veroorzaakt.
