Voormalig kannibaal Bernie Grisso herontdekt zijn lust voor mensenvlees na een kwaadaardig spelletje gestart door zijn buurmeisje Ashley, waarin Bernie het slachtoffer wordt van een lange marteling door onder andere 2 sadistische politieagenten. Grisso is vastberaden zijn mishandelaars een lesje te leren dat zij nooit zullen vergeten.
