De grootste psychiatrische klinieken van Europa weten zich geen raad met Mr. Frost. Het lukt niemand een beeld te krijgen van de mysterieuze seriemoordenaar. Zijn identeit is een groot raadsel. Eén ding is zeker. Hij heeft minsters 24 lugubere moorden op zijn geweten. De lijken worden één voor één opgegraven in de tuin van zijn landgoed. Na de arrestatie zwijgt Mr. Frost twee jaar als een graf. Uiteindelijk lukt het Dr. Sarah Day om door die barrière heen te breken. Zij ontdekt vreemde krachten in hem, maar dreigt daarom zelf het volgende slachtoffer te worden van de Duivel zelf.
