Twee zussen en hun misvormde broer zijn opgevoed in afzondering. Hun vader is een gestoorde drugsdealer die hen mishandelt. Wanneer ze eindelijk besluiten hem aan te geven, wordt hij in de gevangenis opgesloten. Even ziet het er naar uit dat de zaken ten goede zijn gekeerd voor de kinderen, maar dan komt de psychotische oom Costello langs. Remake van 'En las Afueras de la Ciudad'.
