Twee jongetjes uit Gatling komen bij pleegouders in de stad terecht, nadat de oudste van de twee hun ouders heeft vermoord. Het jongste broertje heeft een zakje met geheimzinnige zaadjes meegenomen en nadat hij de zaadjes in de tuin heeft geplant, blijkt plotseling de mysterieuze 'He Who Walks Behind The Rows' in de stad te zijn.
Nee, helaas is Children of the Corn III: Urban Harvest nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
