Jackson is terug, met een nieuwe partner, karate-kampioen Sean. Samen moeten ze het opnemen tegen een dodelijke terrorist, 'The Cobra', die Sean geinfecteerd heeft met een virus. Sean en Jackson hebben geen keus en zullen moeten vechten tegen Cobra en zijn ninja's.
