In een klooster is een baby gewurgd gevonden en de jonge non Agnes moet voor de rechtbank verschijnen. Aangezien zij zich niets herinnert van een zwangerschap, geboorte of dood van het kind, krijgt de psychiater Dr. Martha Livingston opdracht er achter te komen wat er werkelijk aan de hand is.
Nee, helaas is Agnes of God nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
