Wanneer de liefde van zijn leven, Linda, hem verlaat voor de Fransman Anton is Sam daar compleet kapot van. Daarom doet hij wat elke gedumpte man zou doen: hij huurt het appartement tegenover zijn ex om haar en Anton te bespieden. Waar Sam echter niet op gerekend heeft is dat de ex van Anton hem komt versterken. Samen proberen ze de twee uit elkaar te krijgen.
